Isle Care, Inc. is an inspection and service company created
specifically for owners of Hilton Head Island houses and villas
left unoccupied for as little as a week or two at a time.
Its "Peace Of Mind When You're Away"®
program will:
- Inspect the interior and exterior
of the unoccupied property;
- monitor air conditioning, alarm
and electrical system operation; pest control, landscape
and pool service providers;
- handle emergencies and guest
problems;
- provide Hurricane and Freeze
services;
- arrange for cleanings, repairs
and other needed services;
- provide keys for service providers;
- act as the owner’s personal
on-Island representative.
In short, Isle Care takes the worry out
of being away! |
Isle Care is a full-time, owner-operated
company; it does not handle real estate sales, property rentals,
or regime management, and is not a division of any other company.
It is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and operates in
conjunction with all Plantation Security Departments. Whenever
repairs or other services are necessary, Isle Care utilizes
those providers selected by the owner and they bill the owner
directly, with no commissions added for Isle Care.
