Isle Care Inc.was created in 1986 by Dr. Jim Botwick
when he retired from his dental practice and moved to Hilton
Head. He operates Isle Care on a full-time basis, and is on-call 24 hours a day.
Isle Care is insured, bonded and licensed,
and is approved by all Plantation Security Departments. It
does not handle real estate sales or rentals, and is not a
division of any other company. If repairs become necessary,
only service providers designated by the Owner are utilized.
The Owner is billed directly by the Service Provider, and no
commission is added for Isle Care.
Isle Care’s "Peace Of Mind
When You’re Away"® program provides the
following:
INSPECTION SERVICE Weekly or
twice-monthly interior and exterior inspections, including
check operation of air conditioning, electrical and security
systems; prompt response to emergencies and other problems;
thermostats reset seasonally; written reports sent monthly;
inspections temporarily suspended while the residence is
occupied.
STORM-FREEZE SERVICE Two-visit
procedure when severe storm, hurricane or freeze are forecast
for Hilton Head. Before: prepare for the event. After: check
for damage. Telephone or E-mail report to Owner after
Hurricane Service.
LIAISON-KEY SERVICE Arrange
cleanings, A/C service, general maintenance and repairs;
provide access for deliveries, pest control, decorators, etc.;
arrange keys for service providers; assist guests; start cars,
water plants, forward mail, etc.
HANDYMAN SERVICE Minor household
repairs and services - for all the things you never find the
time to get done when you’re on the Island!
MAKE-READY SERVICE Shop for
basics and put away; set hot water heaters and thermostats for
arrival.
More frequent
inspection schedules can be tailored to meet special needs.
